THIS is what happened to Daughtry after he lost and look at his album sales. He didn't come close to winning the show but who cares. As far as the smug thing people said that about Daughtry and he didn't win. Without a doubt a big sweetheart. I love him to death. David Cook is gonna big insanely huge. YAY!

hello everybody!


sooo i've been in LA a few days now and....i forgot my camera! hence the reason i havnt had any video updates! but it is on its way, my dad sent it in he mail so its been a while since we spoke last...i like the camera waaay better...haha writing is difficult. haha ok focus jason, focus. what are we talking about here? well i have the day off today... i had my first rehearsal with the band yesterday and it was AWESOMEEE!!!! i got soooo excited and now i just want to get this show on the road! i've been meeting alot of new people these last few days bc its a whole new crew that goes on tour with us. i have a hard time remembering names and theres alot of new people so im going CRAZY! haha hopefully ill get the names down before the end of the tour...yessss ok so! i think everybody should be on summer break nowwwww, any cool plans?! you all know my cool summer plan! haha well post your plans here and ill check em out and tell you how jealous i am. haha aaaaaahhh well im going to go find a fax machine now.... the day off isnt what it seems.... im a busy beeee!

His grandfather had prostate cancer. He was in hospice.

Getting back to AI, I just read over on another board that Kristy Lee Cook got signed by 19E. Let's see. That makes Carrie, Kellie Pickler and Kristy. I guess the best way to get signed is to be a pretty blonde country singer.

Really? I did just read that she had a CD out from 2005. I must say I am rather surprised at this. With Carrie, Kellie, Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert and even Jessica Simpson all out there I just don't know how anyone will even notice Kristy Let's see, there is a very pretty young blonde competitor on Nashville Star. Should we just assume now that she will win? Maybe I should place money on her! The funny thing is, she is actually my fave at this point

Actually, there's only been one cute blonde girl (Erika Jo) who's won Nashville Star and she didn't do very well but then none of the winners really have. Miranda Lambert's the biggest name to come out of the show so far, and she finished third in the first season.

Somebody over on TWOP was saying that they always sign in order of finish, so more than likely they aren't going to sign Carly, Brook, Jason or Syesha. I guess Michael Johns still has a shot.

I remember her! Never saw her for even one second after she won. I thought Buddy Jewel would do really well. Only had some success at the beginning. I think Miranda is awesome! Loved her on the show and am so happy for all her success now.

So at TWOP they are saying the fact that they signed Kristy means they are skipping over 3.4.5 and 6? I was hoping Brooke would get signed. I would sure buy a CD of hers over Kristy's. No offense to Kristy and her fans. Carly might put out a good one too. Hopefully, they will get signed by somebody.

I think the fact that Kristy is country has everything to do with her being signed. That is still one of the areas of music that is selling big time. AI knows $$$$.

This whole crew might end up getting signed this year. Just who will be next is a good question.

That is why Jessucka Simpson has switched to country. Kelly Clarkson is working on a country CD and of course the little cutie blonde from DWTS even put out a country CD.

So I guess everyone should sing country style on AI next season! TPTB won't know what to do!

Is that the official tour picture, the one that will be on the side of the PopTarts truck? (I assume they have poptarts again.) I hope it isn't because that is one very lousy picture of most of the 10 touring. With the exception of Kristy Lee, the expressions on everyone's face are just too darn serious. WTH?

I have read that this IS the official tour picture. I think the winner should be the center of attention But what do I know That picture was actually taken right after they knew who the top 10 were. I don't know why they take it so far in advance. I think it is an OK shot of them. The larger version is pretty nice I think.
