| Discuss the offspring here!
The show will be on Thursday nights at 9:00 PM central time, but it looks like MTV reruns the episodes pretty often in case that is a bad time for people.
You can read the bios of the cast here.

| Maybe they should call it "Nepotism Idol". I liked Crosby Loggins a lot. Dee Snider's son is very cute. Meh to the rest so far. | |

| Badger, I am glad you are watching too! I always enjoy your points of view on things. Crosby was my fave for sure. He sure looks like his daddy! That would have made quite a title! | |

| I have never seen a pic of Chloe's father, so I was expecting Olivia's daughter to look more like her...........she doesn't and she doesn't have her Mother's voice either. | |

| She sure doesn't have her mom's voice! I love Olivia's voice! Olivia met Matt (Chloe's dad) while making one of her movies. He had a small part. Maybe it was Xanadu. He was a soap star in OZ for awhile too. They were not married too many years, which was sad because Olivia waited a long time to get married because she wanted to be sure and not get divorced. She really believed in a happily ever after. So I felt so bad for her when it didn't work out. I will look for pix of Matt and bring them here if I find them. Not a lot of pix out there of him. But in this one you can sort of see that Chloe looks like her dad. | |

| I looked up Lattanzi on IMDB and he was, indeed, a backup dancer on Xanadu. He was also in a film called "My Tutor" in the 80's. Here are Oliva and Matt in happier times: Being with Olivia upped his profile considerably. There was a book, I think it was called "You'll Never Have Sex in This Town Again" and it seems he hired hookers during the time he was with Olivia. He was quite beautiful at the time. Also, as you can tell, his face is all lips and eyes. Ahhh...thanks FC. Your picture is better. | |

| GE - I think he sent her home with a years supply! However, she did look gorgeous awhile back, like that pic Sky brought over. Yes, Badger I remember that now! I think getting away from Jeff was a good idea. That poor man is a mess Too bad because I had such a crush on him when he was on Taxi | |

Too funny! If she had Collagen, why would anyone want lips that large?

| In that first picture she looks beautiful, like her mama. Too bad she had to do that to herself. She kinda looks how Pete Burns from "Dead or Alive" looks like now. Jeff is a MAJOR hot mess right now. When he came to Dr. Drew he couldn't even speak and had to sit in a wheelchair. He's got a gorilla on his back. | |

Oh, Holy Mother of GOD, what was that???!!! So, the good thing about VH-1 is that they repeat everything like 1,200 times, so I got to see this. What was up with the phrasing? Stopping in the middle of the sentence and doing that hiccup thing. I'm pretty sure that wasn't because she couldn't hear herself. That's someone who's tried to develop a "style" and failed miserably! Joe Walsh's daughter is very good. So is Al B. Sure's kid. Now, OK, I'm a HUGE Go Go's fan. Seriously. Now, the thing about the Go Go's was not that they were a great bunch of singers. This was the most fun band to listen to and watch. Case in point? Belinda Carlisle solo made me vomit. The sweet fun thing she had with the Go Go's turned into just saccharine. "Circle in the Sand"? Uh...yeah...'nuff said. So, I was shocked to see she gave some of the lowest scores. Weird.

| Yeah, but she LOVED Chloe right? She gave her a 9 I believe. I adored the Go-Go's and I even liked Belinda's solo Album. I think I have the cassette. I haven't listened to it in YEARS though. I always thought she was just a doll. I did hear that she went through some difficult times with drugs. Perhaps that explains her loving Chloe I feel really bad dissing Chloe because I always loved her mom so much. What a gorgeous classy talented lady she is. I had high hopes for Chloe having a beautiful voice. I am going to feel so bad for Olivia if her one and only baby is the first to get the boot | |

| But do ya think Olivia really thinks her daugher is really really good, or like any mom and praises her daugher regardless. Chloe does have CD's out so someone must like the music. | |

| Yes, I think Olivia does think she is good. She said Chloe gave her chills, especially when she hit that note she thought that was amazing. Like I said, she does sort of have that Kate Bush thing going and there are people who like that. I think it is hard for some parents to think their kids are not great at things. Chloe's style is just SOOOOO different from Olivia's. | |

| I like Kate Bush and I still hate Chloe. She's way too stylized. That stopping in the middle of a sentence thing has got to be the most obnoxious choice for a singer ever.
Even if Olivia hated it, she certainly wouldn't say it publicly. If she's telling Chloe she's really good privately, she's not doing the girl any favors. I mean, look at all those poor shmucks who think they sing like Whitney because mommy and daddy thought lying to them was more humane than telling the truth.

| Crap!!!!!!!! I totally forgot to watch!! I got so wrapped up in being on the boards and reading everyones thoughts about Michael going home that I just flat out forgot all about it So who went home?? I am going to have to check the schedule for the show and catch one of the repeats. For Olivia's sake I am glad Chloe wasn't the first to go. Olivia's had a tough time of it with her boyfriend's disappearance and I just didn't want her to have her kid disappointed. I did see on ET last night, when they were talking about the show, that Chloe completely fell apart sobbing in Olivia's arms after her performance last week. Poor kid. BUT, after listening to the downloads of her recorded songs last week I know it was not just nerves that caused a poor performance. She just really does stink. | |

| I actually thought Chloe was sorta good tonight. She is interesting. Now that the show is over I can honestly say most of these kids are pretty horrible and have no shot at a career as a singer. Crosby is the only even remotely talented IMHO. Jesse Snyder - just seems totally fake to me. Very good looking though. | |

| I think Jesse is good, a little over confident, but that's needed sometimes. I'd have to hear something original from him though. I do like Crosby. I didn't think Chloe was too awful, she is way out there in alternative music, which isn't my likes, but she wasn't horrible. Some of her gyrating movements reminded me of JD Fortune's "American Woman" performance. One of the girls is good, I just don't remember which one! | |

I still like Crosby Loggins but the girl that sang at the end was good too.
