| I am so glad it wasn't you. Just Jared is a gossip site/blog. I very seldom go there, but he posted something about Clay and I made the mistake of reading the comments. The typical hate and gay bashing was going on and there was a comment from a LuckyL and I almost fell over. Not that that post was one of the super bad ones, it just wasn't very nice, and I thought "That can't be my LuckyL". So I had to ask, and let you know there are others with that username. I know there are other Firecrackers out there because many times I have not been able to registered with that name as the site says there is already a Firecracker. | |

| Turned out to be a "No school day" because in the middle of the night someone or someones vandalized all the school buses! Justin got up at 6:15 got ready for school, stood out in the 25 below windchill with his friends and waited. No bus came. Then one of the parents found out school was cancelled due to a problem with the buses. We assumed it was because it was so cold that buses couldn't start or something. I got on the school website and in huge red letters it said "NO SCHOOL DUE TO ALL THE BUSES BEING VANDALIZED". That is so sad that people do that sort of thing. I truly hope the responsible parties are caught and reprimanded. Vandals really bother me. My folks Townhouse community, in a lovely neighborhood and they are NOT cheap ones, has had to deal with a TON of vandalism the last few years. My dad being the President of the Homeowners Assoc. had a lot of headaches due to all of it. Of course Justin got to go back to sleep, so all was right in his world! | |

| Just got back from Seattle a while ago! Whew what a day! Hubby had an appointment there so I went with him. Then we had lunch, went to the Bellevue mall to do a bit of shopping...just a little! Hit Sephora, Ann Taylor, NY Shave store, and a music shop. Then we proceeded to Trader Joes where we stocked up on all our fav gourmet goodies. We had a good day! Hubby even let one of the make-up gals at Sephora put some Bareminerals foundation on him! He looked all bronzed...it was priceless! I guess they get men with rosacea or young model types who wear it too! We did'nt buy him any, but he was very close! Instead we got him some great shaving products to help him with shaving irritation. I got Val's new wig!!!!!!! It is more brown than black, but for 17.00 shipped it will work! On to working on chapter 2 this weekend! Pandora Bobobie!!!!!!!! :heart She is stunning!...where did you find that? Too bad she is one of the big BJD's... I don't think I can handle having to buy yet another size of cloths! | |

| Good morning! Sounds like you had an amazing day! Sephora and Trader Joe's are two of my fave stores! My boys and I love to go to TJs for goodies! The boys love the TiraMisu and I love the Key Lime pie! We try new things from there all the time! Rob wouldn't want to even go in Sephora's let alone let anyone put any kind of make-up on him!! Very cool your hubby went along with that! I never heard of the NY Shave Store. I will have to look that one up. I get ebay alerts on any new Bobobie dolls that show up on ebay. You know, hoping a used one shows up with eyes, make-up and wig that I like (of course this was before my Hestia purchases) and that Pandora showed up in my email alerts. She is not one I would get, but she is cool! I think the Pandoras are really pretty, and certainly the most affordable of the larger BJDs out there. I just don't know if I want a doll that big, plus as you say there would be the clothes issue. Another reason I don't know if I would get the 1/4 dolls. I would have to spend plenty of $$$ on clothes. I would probably pick a persona for them (a boy and a girl) and get them outfits that fit the persona and that would be that. (though I know I would be very tempted to add to their wardrobe ) Just like the Hestias are staying in their stock. Probably Claire too, since her stock is so awesome. I have Anisa and all the Pullips/Taeyangs to dress and redress so that is plenty! I had a nice little visit with my dad yesterday. He seemed less pale. He is pretty darn weak now though. He didn't stay awake to talk all that long But what little he stayed awake was nice. While I took mom shopping Eric got to have a nice little visit too. I'll be spending time with him Monday morning while mom gets her hair done, and then again on Friday when I will bake him some bread while I am there. He really loves that. Well, today the Saturn title will transfer to Justin! $158 to transfer the title and get new plates. He will be able to rejoin the carpoolers. Not that I wouldn't prefer he keep taking the bus. Eric and Justin are sharing it right now, but it is going in Justin's name as Eric wants to buy his own different car in the Spring/Summer. He wants something a little more sporty with a better sound system. I would rather he have something newer anyway since in a couple years he will be driving to NIU for his last two years of college. So we will have 5 cars here and a 3 car garage. Oh the move the cars around shuffle will be fun Hope you have a great day! I am going to take it easy today to rest my knee. All that walking I did yesterday wasn't very good for it. I am in the mood to do a little baking today though. All this super cold and snow just really makes me want to bake! Something good to go with hot cocoa! Maybe brownies? Or some fudge Chocolate overload!! Oh, I talked to the seller of my blue Hestia yesterday (as I was wondering when he shipped it) He sent me the tracking info (he shipped it on the 18th. His name is Alex and he is super nice in his emails) and he thinks I should have it early next week. Seems long for Canada, but maybe that has to do with where in Canada and how it was shipped. Anyway, it looks like almost two weeks to get here from ship date which is about as long as my dolls that come from overseas take I just cannot wait until they are both here safe and sound!! You can see more pix and info on the Pandora here. Bidding starting at $450! Bride | |

| Glad to hear you had a nice visit with your Dad and he is looking pretty good. It is really amazing that he seems to not be getting much worse and is hanging in there. I bet he loves seeing you and the boys so much. That is so sweet you always make him his fav goodies to when you visit. I bet your boys are getting excited about Justin's car and Eric's plan to get a new one. First cars are very important to a young man...I know my hubby still fondly remembers his first car that he bought himself and fixed up! 5-10 days from Canada via first class shipping is probably about right...unless he sent her priority. International Priority should be about 3-4 days from Canada. How exciting that you may have your blue girl in your hands soon! Can't wait to see her! Is she Isis? That Corpse bride Pandora is very cool. I am not crazy about the way her leg and hand are painted. Seems a little sloppy or something. Her face-up is nice and her wig, dress, etc. is to die for. Please excuse the pun! Have a great day relaxing and baking. Sounds fun! I have some cleaning and running around to do...but, may also get to work on my photostory a bit too. | |

| Yes, Isis is the blue girl! I just had to write him because it had been 10 days since I paid for her and I was just wondering if there was a problem. I get nervous waiting for these expensive dolls to come Yeah, I don't care for the Bride's leg either, but at least the seller gives you the original leg and arm too, in case you want her for her face-up, dress etc., but don't care for the painted limbs. I actually just got off the phone with my dad! He called to talk to me about some bills etc. He gets out of breath after awhile, but at least he called on his own! It is fun baking for him. Makes me feel like I am making the visits a little more special. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks since the day the docs told us "probably just a few days"! I cannot believe how fast the 6 weeks have gone! | |

| Just goes to show you how unpredictable life can be and how medical professionals can be off in their estimations of long people have. I think that is why many doctors I work with hate to predict that and shy away from it unless it is absolutely inevitable. I am really glad you went with hospice though. I think it is so beneficial for families to get help dealing with end of life issues and to help everyone work through the process. | |

| Hospice has been AWESOME!!! They have been a great help physically, emotionally, paperwork-wise (not a word I know ) helping with the VA issues etc. They even got my dad a refund check (which came in the mail today) for some insulin I had to get him his first night home in Hospice. I would HIGHLY recommend this group - ViTas - to everybody who has to go through this. Honestly, I think the hospital saw he only had 10 power in his heart and slowed downed kidneys and just gave up on him. I mean they told us "everything was shutting down" and clearly that is not the case. With the new diuretics he is peeing up a storm! I have to say I do not have as much faith is doctors and hospitals as I once did. My eyes have seen a lot in the last 9 months let me tell ya | |

| Oh good you are here! I need help narrowing down the photos for the farewell love scene: Here is a brief rundown on the storyline for these photos..After nearly being killed for the Philosopher's stone, Val must go underground alone and goes to say farewell to Prudence. He gives her a magic feather that will protect her and act as a catalyst for her clairvoyant powers. Oh, and Pru finds out for the first time that Val was injured and he is nearly blind in hiw left eye now when he was attacked... I need to narrow down the photos for this part of the story...I will be posting about 4-5 other photos to lead into the begining and end of this chapter too. So need to narrow down the love scene photos to about 3. Tell me which are your favorite photos, and which ones best tell the story. Thanks my laydee! | |

| One, two and three are my faves!! One because Pru looks stunning and you can feel her heartbreak Two because I just love the pose. It is so natural like they are real and she appears to be looking at his lips longing for a kiss! Three because Val looks SEXY!!! And gorgeous!! Oh, is that too shallow And because I LOVE his hand on her face like that! Oh, and because Val looks SEXY (the chapter sounds awesome!) ETA: Someone on Flickr has a J-Doll like my Claire but changed her body. I wanted to show it to you because her camera was able to capture how sweet and lovely her face is, better than I ever can She really has the most delicate little face! | |

| Luca, I just did a post where all I did was copy and past the link. When I previewed the post the link worked. Don't use that link box. I don't get why that never works.
ETA: I don't see anyway to change it to a "pretty link". The same thing happens here if fyou change the edit mode and you have to use that link box. I got a message that it is turned off by intranets for being unsafe. Perhaps you could ask a mod or admit how to do the pretty links there.

I know I asked Frazz a while back how to do links....I just don't remember what thread we were in when I did it. I was able to do it at DOA the same way she told me.

| The instructions are here! Pretty Links!I don't know if it will work there as their set-up is different. When you highlight the word/words you want to use there and hit the link button a box shows up for you to paste in the link. I don't know how to get around that. Oh, you did much more than OK! ETA: OK, I know how you have to do it there. You have to type it all in. Type in Chatper One Then it will show up as "Chapter One" and you can get the page. I do have a question. I get a red X next to each of your pix there. Why is that? | |

I'll be cleaning, cooking and baking some Choc. Chip cookies for us and to take to my folks. I never got around to that yesterday. What an exciting weekend! Both the boys work today so we are not eating dinner until 6:30 PM. That is late for us on a Sunday. TTYL~~

| Yes, I got it figured out. I was making it much more complicated than it needed to be! Sounds like a good food day ahead for you and your family! I have cleaning, laundry, and getting the ad together for Bill planned for today. I hope to get the ad done by tonight. Should be interesting to see what transpires. Once it is placed, I am going to post links at the doll sites and at THUS, and send personal PM's to other people I think may be interested. Frigid winter weather has definitely set in here. It will probably last a few more weeks. This is the hardest part of the winters here. I don't have cabin fever yet though. Have a great day! TTYL! | |

Don't it just figure Weds. back down in the low 20s, but that is still way better than the below zero stuff we have been having. Hey, if cabin fever sets in you have your new dolls, photoshoot and stories to work on!! I'm half way done with the cookies and I have a Salsa Pork Roast in the crock pot! Good luck with the ad! I'm sure it will be perfect and he will sell for big bucks!! That new dollie will be coming home to mama real soon
