Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have hammered out the details of their split, and it’s reportedly going to cost the “Toxic” singer $13 million. What’s more, Star magazine says that Spears was reluctant to finalize the split.

“Do you really want to do this?” Spears asked K-Fed as the two met to discuss final details of their divorce, reports to the upcoming issue of the tab.

K-Fed said yes, and his estranged wife replied, “You’re the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, but thank you for my babies.”

Then the two puffed on cigarettes for a 15-minute smoking break, then hashed out the financial terms of their split, according to Star.

The tabloid also claims that Federline led Spears to believe that the two would get together after she got out of rehab so because he wanted to encourage her to stay in the treatment center.


A 2004 pre-nup called for K-Fed to get $250,000 for each year of their marriage, but Spears upped that figure to $500,000 to speed up the negotiations.
He receives half the proceeds from their Malibu mansion, which is on the market for $13.5 million.
$25,000 a month in child support for each of the couple’s two children until they reach 18. He also gets custody of the boys four days a week.
Federline gets to keep all the gifts Spears bought them during their marriage.
He’s forbidden from writing a tell-all about their marriage.

Wow, he's getting more than I read the other day. I had heard it was a total of $1 million. But with the proceeds of the house, he's doing a lot better than he has any right to. And all that child support! Does he actually have to spend it on them? The only way he COULD really is to put it into a house. I also can't believe she's letting him have the boys 4 days a week. Very odd. I just hope one of the grandmothers or that Shar Jackson takes charge and gives the kids a stable environment or, (more likely), that they hire good nannies.

Rose McGowan (just found out that she and Rodriguez started having an affair during the movie. He has FIVE children with his wife who is the producer of the movie. They live in Austin. I'm glad I didn't know before I took her picture.)

Yes, it does appear that he made out very well. I hope he is a good dad. I don't know why she gave him four days to her 3, unless she plans to be very busy with her career Her boys are adorable and I really want them to have a happy childhood. I also hope they have good grandmas! Good nannies would help, but I think most kids really want their moms as much as possible. I hope Brit gets her act together for their sake.

Hi Firecracker! I just think she was too immature and self-absorbed to start having kids, especially 2 right in a row! Maybe she knew it wouldn't last and just wanted a souvenir?

Did you ever used to post on the BB? Were you Firecracker there as well? I'm just trying to see if we have had contact back in the OLD days.

Austin, I don't think I ever posted at the BB. I wasn't really into Betty. I used to post at Greek Speak (still do every once in awhile in Elliott's thread, I pretty much lost interest in Con) and I used to post at The Purple board, though I was never a hater. I was in Abrahammy's little Neutral Zone Yahoo group but pretty much stayed out of all that stuff since I was not a part of that whole mess. I am Firecracker everywhere I post!

Can I tell you that she a little scary up close? She looked great from the back:

She turned around and it was...oh. Just way too much make-up. She wasn't going to be performing in a theater. She was walking down a small red carpet in Austin, Texa and the people were within 1 to 2 feet of her. Huge false eyelashes and tons of base and blush. She has pretty features, but her skin is not great.

I really like Elliott a lot too. Have you bought his CD yet? I really want to get it. He was DEFINITELY my favorite last year.

I was a pretty big poster on the BB for a while and was on there almost from the beginning. When a friend told me I HAD TO check out GS because they were nuts, I went, and agreed they were all crazy. They were talking about getting a ring for C so that they could all be wives and I just thought, "whoa!" these girls are a little overboard.

I have Elliott's CD and it is great! I love most of the songs and he sounds amazing. He looks really good too. I got the CD from Amazon, but there are 3 versions of the CD where you can get different bonus tracks. I think from iTunes you get Whiter Shade of Pale. I'm sticking with just the one, but if you are into iTunes you may want to check it out.

HaHa, I went in on that stupid ring because at the time it was the only way to get into the part of the board with media downloads. I went in $5, I think tht was the minimun. That all changed later on. There are some really nice ladies there (like Abrahammy and a few I met in the OT threads) and some really OTT with their love for Con. I ended up in only the OT threads until one of the mods made it clear I shouldn't really be there if I wasn't interested in "the main dude". That's when I tried out The Purple board.

WHOA! Eyelash overload!!! That so does NOT look good I can only imagine how that looked in person!

Paris Hilton has threatened to sue MTV if they don't pull a sketch of the hotel heiress in a parody of her drunk driving incident off the air.

The skit was filmed for the premiere episode of "ShortCircuitz" back in January, but she has now changed her mind about her appearance on the show.

"ShortCircuitz's" first episode is due to air tomorrow and the scheduled sketch has Hilton promoting "What Would Paris Do" bracelets in a fake infomercial.

At one point during the clip, a blonde is pulled over by a police officer for drunk driving and, after consulting her "Paris" bracelet, the girl starts grinding on the cop. The cop then says: " I can't arrest you, you're too fabulous."

The segement was filmed before Paris was arrested for driving with a suspended licence on February 27. Her actions violated the 36 month probation order she received after pleading no contest to alchohol related reckless driving in January.

Hilton's lawyers have demanded that MTV delete the sketch from the show or face legal action.

Man Austin I am jealous that you went to the premiere of Grindhouse! I cannot wait to see this movie. Quentin Tarantino is one of my favorite directors. Tim Burton is my all time fav.

Anyway I saw Blades of Glory yesterday, it is hysterical. Will Ferell never fails to make me laugh.

K-Fed is getting what he's getting because Brit's antics were bad enough for him to have petitioned the Family Court to give him sole custody of the kids with her getting only supervised visitation. She had to fork over the assets to keep him from getting the kids permanently. I have seen kids pulled from dysfunctional parents for far less than what she has done and she has done it over a long period of time. K Fed is the biological father of those kids so he stands on an equal footing with her. If she falters, the courts go to him next so she struck a deal with him before the family courts told her how it was going to go down.

Who would have thought K-Fed would be the more stable parent

Now Brit is supposedly involved with a guy still in rehab and who appears to have a very bad temper. IF you can believe all the stories. You would think she would want someone a little more calming in her life right now.
