I have 4 going out tomorrow. The last 4 at this time. What a disappointment at the lack of interest in all the nice clothes I am selling

Well, the shoes are only $12. I would like to get white, black and red. They are out of black at this time. It's says they are 5.5 inside and I think 6.5 outside. Something like that. I know my girls have smaller feet than Asian BJDs. I wish that were not the case. I am just trying to find solid colors. Goodreau doesn't offer solid color dress shoes. I assume these dolls cannot wear high heels? I don't see how. Anyway, I am only going to order one pair until I see how they fit. I think I will take more measurements tomorrow to be more sure.

Milo will wear a 7/8 wig. I was trying to find some boy wigs in 7/8 in case I want to change up his look. Man, there sure wasn't much out there for boys. Maybe in a few months there will be more options out there.

Yeah, that is kind of confusing how they are listing the measurements of those shoes. If they are actually 6.5 cm they are going to be huge on your girls. Too bad they did'nt have them in black in case they are too big. I would have bought them from you. You can always try and stuff tissue paper in the toes if they are too big.

What color wig are you thinking for Milo? I will keep my eyes open for any nice ones that come up if you have a color in mind to look for.

The Goodreau girls shoes measure 6 cm from toe to heel on the outside. So confusing. I just wish they would make some solid colors to go with outfits with prints - like the two piece outfit and hat I won off ebay. For now I will use the white boots you gave me with that outfit. It is long and will probably look fine. It is just that it is a summery dress and not something someone would wear boots with. I just need to remind myself she is a doll and will not be judged for wearing shoes that don't go with a dress Even though I want them all to look perfect!

I saw that doll on ebay because I get Bobobie alerts and I did not care for her at all Make-up too extreme for my taste. I love how my girls have subtle make-up. I guess it depends on what look you are going for. Mo is way prettier and more interesting!!

I want a longer and layered wig as an option for Milo. I thought perhaps while I had the currency balance I would pick one up for him. He will be pretty blonde, so anything darker that will go nice with his brown eyes would work. I don't really want mohair though. JPOP has exactly what I want except it only comes in 8/9. What's up with that??

I just measured the granny boots and they are 6 cm from toe to heal. I guess those MSD shoes will be too big. I will have to figure out what to do about some dressy shoes for them. Maybe at some point Goodreau will come out with new shoes.

I may have sold another Barbie Fashion Fever Closet! Another girl from France asked me how much it would cost for her to get it. Crossing fingers!

I actually decided to mark the blue set sold. If I cannot sell the J-Dolls, the blue set is a must for Anisa. So I am just going to keep it.

Also, if I sell this set I will have almost enough to pay for ALa in the currency balance. I think I may do that. The payment is due April 10th. I just need to be strong!

Oh, I am so pissed!! I've wanted a different black wig for Rylee because she has such gorgeous skin and eyes that I wanted something more off her face. I saw this wig at CanCan - long straight black parted down the middle, but you can move it to be parted on the side. The close-up was just soooo pretty! So I jump on it and it wasn't until the very end - the confirm order page - that it tells me it is a pre-order and they give NO date at all for when it might be in stock! I never thought finding just the right black wig would be so ding dang hard!

Woohoo! I think you are doing phenomenally great with selling your Barbie clothes! You have some real marketing momentum going! YOu are a marketing genius and did'nt even know it! I think you have sold more stuff than I have by far! Kudos to you my laydee!

I know finding the right wig is a challenge. I think even more challenging than finding Pullip size wigs don't you agree? Pre-order...eeek! I am so sick of that! I also refuse to buy anything else pre-order if I can avoid it!
All the cool doll stuff is from China or Japan it seems.

I don't know what kind of shoes I am going to get for Mo to go with her witch dress! She has high heel feet and she can wear Miss Revlon and Kitty Collier size shoes, but they are not her style at all. I have the cool boots, and just ordered some different brown ones to go with her adventurer outfit. The shoes I like are few and far between, are too big, too small, or too much money! What is a crazed doll fanatic to do?

Well, it looks like CanCan is now all "pre-order". I did some further reading at the site and it reads like they order the wig after you order it AND promise to send it 9 days after your payment hits. It looks like they order it, then bill you when they get it, then send it out to you from China. So I guess I should have it in a month or so

It is true with the size 6/7 wigs - much fewer to select from than the 8/9. I know that Milo will be a 7/8, and yet I still can't find what I want for a second wig for him.

Well, 90% of the clothes sales have gone to Europe because they cannot find Barbie clothes there. I actually pulled another one of the Barbie closets. I sold 3 of the 5, but besides the blue one for Anisa, I wanted to keep the gold and teal one for my ALa. You can't find that closet anymore and I think they will look great on her. I will not want to buy any clothes for her, so I figured I would keep the things that I think will look good on her and my J-Dolls. I wish I could sell them, but clearly nobody in the Pullip world is interested in them. I think maybe after I put some bags of clothes together to sell and get them on the Dolly Market, I will investigate some other boards where J-Doll fans may frequent and see if I can sell them there.

I still think you should try posting photos of them on Flickr. It is free and I sold Ali and Caprice there. You can post your photos under the Asian fashion doll category and get lots of views.

I have always got my CanCan wigs about 10 days or so after ordering them-either directly or from the internet. I love their wigs too. I think they have some cool boy wigs. Here is a link to their company website, you may find what you want there. I have ordered a few wigs from them this way. You don't pay until they send you an invoice. It usually only takes a day or two after you pay, then they ship it out.

Yes, I did sell it all in just a little over 1 week! I did get really lucky with selling right at the time that Jen was buying! She bought 3 dolls, 3 wigs, all those boys clothes I mentioned, the SugarMag outfit and 1 of the Barbie closets. Two large boxes went to her All the dolls sold immediately.

I really thought the stocks would sell fast. I am only asking $20 for each of them and they are complete and perfect. Well, except I don't have Tim's goggles. The girl who wants MJ's has promised to pay on the 26th for sure, so I do believe that one is sold. She has written to me soooo many times to please hold it for her that I believe she will buy it. But Cav's doesn't even have people looking at the thread, and only the girl from Poland wants Tim's but can't pay for it and is trying to get somebody else who owes her money to pay for it The joys of dealing with teens

I am doing my dad's bills and balancing his checkbook today, along with updating my daycare records for Feb. and March, then working on my dad's taxes to have Rob check and get it out. Sounds fun doesn't it If I have time I will sort doll stuff. Maybe go see my Dad, but he does nothing but sleep all day and doesn't want to be bothered or talk, so my mom said "just stay home tomorrow and get some stuff done". I am off on Friday and will be going there then and getting them some groceries and meds for the weekend.

FC CVS has that L'oreal infallible buy one get one. That is a good deal. I got some of their other infallibles too in toast amd nutmeg. They really stay on.

I have got to get better pix of Shyla, but was in a hurry trying to get lots done. I need pix that really capture how great she looks in the outfit. The color is perfect! The shoes are just the black and pink ones that Cherished Dolls sent me for free with the dolls. They work with the dress better than I thought they would. I would still love to have some kind of sandals to go with the dress. I am still going to the craft shop on Friday and look for a little umbrella drink.

Aerwin, I don't think we have a CVS around us, but our Walgreen's has them 2 for 1 this week too! I haven't gotten there yet this week. I might try, but let me tell you I have 7 different colors already! I love that lip gloss and the color selection! I have been very pleased with all the colors I have so far. I do not have Toast or Nutmeg, but I will check them out!

OK, I am totally annoyed. I have no right to be, but I am. The guy in Honolulu who wanted Crazzia so bad and I waited for that Money Order to come before I sent her (and yesterday he sent me a PM of how cute she was and loved her) has put her for sale!! For MORE than I aksed for her and NOT including the wig for the price OR the pretty dress I sent her in for free. I mean he is taking OFFERS starting at more than he paid. It just bugs me because he said he wanted her so bad and could only pay so much and I would have to wait for him to be able to pay. Honestly I was fine with all that. I guess what bothers me is he didn't really want her at all, just wanted a deal to turn around and make more money on. I need to forget about whether or not people love them when they get there. I just feel I betrayed her. Thought I was sending her to a beautiful life in Honolulu. Clearly she went to someone who didn't give a damn about her. Hopefully the next owner will. AND this is the guy who yesterday sent me a Money Order for my fave outfit for her because he just HAD to have it because it was so perfect for her Guess he will try to sell that for more. I actually wanted to keep that outfit for ALa. I didn't have it for sale, but she was wearing it in a pic I sent him when he was trying to decide what doll to get. SO I said I wouldn't sell it for less than $14, a $4 profit for me - whoop! Here I thought Didi was getting her fave outfit back Oh well, what can you do...

Well, good luck to him selling a Craziia for more than 60.00. Maybe he is new to Pullips or something. Crazzia has never been a popular or doll people would pay more than just the mininum for. Maybe things have changed in Pullip land, but I doubt it.

I don't get why he/she wanted the outfit though. *scratches head* Maybe he wants to take the photo you sent him and use that to sell the doll or something. Just weird is all I can say!

I sold her to him for $45 and felt lucky for that. I paid $55 for her with her wig attached. I knew she wasn't popular and she had those black stains on her wrists and shoulders from her stock. So I knew she was the one I would get less for. I don't know why anyone would pay that much for her nude and bald when she is about $78 NRFB - assuming she is available and not out of stock. Still, I know from the boards that she was not one of the well loved girls. She is actually really pretty. I just think she was seen as one of the less interesting girls. I don't think her stock was popular either.

Someone did ask for pix of her in the thread and he said he would post some later in the week. Maybe after he gets the outfit? I don't know. Like I said, I know it isn't my business anymore or anything. I guess this is his thing. A sad face story about wanting a doll cheap and than reselling for more. My radar went up a little when I found out the buyer was a guy, but there actually are some male members at PS. Not really sure what to make of that. Doll collecting seems an unusual hobby for a guy. I even told myself maybe it was a dad trying to get a doll for his daughter and it was all he could afford. I'm over it really, I just wish he handled it like a business deal than acting like someone who really wanted her so bad.

ETA: OK, he rewrote his post about her. I do not think he is selling the Crazzia I sold him. He is saying she has marks on her face and a glue mark on her forehead. My Crazzia's face was perfect! I washed her up before I sent her and there was no mark on her face and forehead at all. Maybe he wanted a better one than the one he had. Still, he is saying she has all these marks and wants $55 plus for her with wig. Also, he is including her card which I didn't have in the first place so he got that somewhere else. I did send the stands with all my dolls. I know some people sell stands, but I figure I have no use for them and they might as well go with the dolls.

The plot thickens...I wonder if it is the doll you sold him or not. Maybe he tried to customize her and things went south on him. I am quite curious now WTF the deal is.

I read though his feedback. He does seem to sell as much as he buys. When he changed the post to include marks on her, he has changed it to read he is only selling her because he is desperate for money. I just think the guy is full of crap. I think he buys dolls and then sells hoping some young teen will pay the profit he wants. I just KNOW that my Didi had a flawless face when she left here, and I wrapped all my dolls really, really well. Everyone says so in my feedback - so I do not think anything happened to her face during her travel time to Honolulu. So yeah, either a different doll or he did try something with her. I can tell you GLUE has NEVER come anywhere near ANY of my dolls! That would freak me out!!! Maybe he tried to glue her wig back on in an effort to sell her "stock" and that is where the glue on forehead and marks came into play. That scenario seems possible IMO.

So, speaking of freaking out!! I came downstairs into my office a little while ago and Shyla and Rylee were ON THE FLOOR! Face down!!!! I went into instant panic!

Best I can guess is that Shyla fell forward out of her chair and knocked Rylee on the way down. THANK GOD they are fine!! I cannot tell you how scared I was to turn them over and see their faces. I was a little worried that might happen with that chair. Shyla's legs are a little heavy and it does seem to want to tip forward. I think when I changed her and put her back in the chair I wasn't careful enough with getting the right balance. Scary lesson learned!

Dad made it through the night. We really didn't think he would. He really was in a bad way yesterday. He doesn't really look at you any more when he tries to open his eyes. He can't really speak above a whisper. Harder to breathe - has to keep his mouth open at all times. No urine yesterday at all My mom was a mess all day. But his BP was normal and the Hospice nurse said his heart and lungs didn't sound any worse than last week - FWTW. We shall see how today goes. I have 6 little ones so I hope he gets through today OK. I have the next 4 days off so I will be available round the clock the next 4 days. If anything happens it would be good if it happens while I can be there, but of course that is out of our hands.

OMG That Rylee is so cute in her new outfit! Red is definitely her color! Her eyes and that hair are so pretty! Love the style of the top---Heck I would wear that! Does she have her new boots on yet? I really am having a hard time picking my favorite of the three! Secret is really growing on me to the more photos I see of her! Man, those are some really clear photos you got of her in the hat! Thanks! Yes, Rylee is wearing her new boots. In the photo where she is stretched out on the table you can see the plaid pattern on the boots which match the little skirt of the shirt. So cute! What I love about the Goodreau boots is that the back has the cutest little zippers that unzip all the way down to the rubber soles. Therefore the boots comes off so easy. No risk of breaking off a foot or ankle like with the Taeyangs.

Shyla (Secret) is so awesome in person! I can't take my eyes off of her. She is just so striking. You really would love her in person. I have a hard time picking a fave myself. In fact I just don't have a fave. I adore them all! When I get the other two wigs I plan to switch colors and see how Shyla looks in the wig that Ianna was wearing, also the long blonde one. I'll probably even see how she looks in the black wig. I also look forward to seeing Ianna in the long straight black wig. Rylee in the long blonde wig too. I want to see how her green eyes go with the blonde.

My mom said my dad was a wee bit better today. He had more desire to eat. He is having major memory problems now though. I will spend a lot of time with them tomorrow. If all goes as planned I am hitting Hobby Lobby in the morning. Than I will do grocery shopping for us and my mom. After that I will spend much of the day hanging out at their house. I need to help my Dad sign his tax returns so we can mail them.

Rob and I were just trying to figure out what to do about Easter. I guess I will plan an early dinner for the 4 of us plus my MIL and BIL, and than take some leftovers to my folks and bring a dessert for us all to eat there. This is assuming my Dad is still with us for Easter.

Yes, best to wait before any concrete plans are made. Your Dad is sure one tough guy that does seem to get bad then improve a bit. It does sound like he is gradually continuing to decline now.
