EEEK! Thanks! So cute!! David has become quite sexy!! There are some amazing pix of him at the one DC fan site I go to. I wanted to bring them here, but I wasn't sure anybody else was really all that interested I love the one where he is so young with his band! Adorable! Love your avi too! It's perfect! That's a really nice pic of Jason sitting on the couch. I swear they would make the cutest, coolest and most perfect top 2. I so wish we could make it happen.

Jason was hilarious and so charming! I am a 5th grade teacher and I told him how much the girls in my class love him so he made sure we had a picture of just the two of us so I could show my class I thought Jason was short but I am pretty tall (5' and wearing heels in this pic and he was about as tall as me.

David is still my one true love but I am going to have to throw some votes Jason's way now I've got a crush!

How wonderful for those ladies! You just know that Jason will never change no matter how much success he has. You can just see that about him. He is very charming and unique and I really think that if he can have good performances each week, and Archie continues to bore people (which I am reading everywhere) maybe, just maybe it will happen! The thing is the little girls are going to vote for Archie no matter what he says or does or sings, so if Jason can win over more of the "not tweens" he does stand a good chance.

I think the only year I really didn't care who won was the Fanty/Diana F-2. Now I care and now I want Jason F-2. It sounds like when the cameras aren't on him, he loosens up and becomes a little more articulate.

I'm invested in David C. and Jason. I think more so with Jason because I feel he cannot win this year and I want him to last to the finals.......... I want David A. to go home......................

I feel so cruel saying this because he is a sweet kid, but I want him to go home too. Lovely voice, no star appeal for me at all - not yet. Maybe when he is older. I really wish he had waited a few years before trying out and get some more mature stage presence and performance skills to go along with his lovely voice. Also, if any of you watched his Top 5 interview he is just a mess of giggles - and not the charming stoner kind Jason has - but the kind a little kid has. So I just can't get excited about him.

Also, I think he has been over praised by the judges. There was absolutely nothing remotely "molted hot" (tmRandy) about Archie's performance last week. I couldn't tell it from any other performance he ever had. In fact it wasn't as good as some of the others. AND the fact that he might sail to the finals based on little girls votes, who will forget about him as soon as the new Jonas Brothers CD drops, and then where will he be?

I am really only invested in David C. If he doesn't make the Final 2 then I won't be all that interested in the results. If by some chance it comes down to Archie and Jason I promise you I will vote my fingers to the bone for Jason. Can you just imagine his goofy grin if he were to actually win this thing? That alone would be worth the hours of hitting re-dial!

I'd like to see Jason make final 2 just to see the WTF? look on Randy's face.

As long as they both get a contract (David C. will because he IS going to win) ...........I will be happy. I will be sad we won't have them to look at every week though..........

Like Bo said when he and Carrie for Ryan to announce a winner all that was going through his mind was "Please don't let me win this thing!"

The only problem with that is that I'm positive that both Davids are going to be signed no matter where they end up in the competition. If your wish is that Cookie finish just out of the running so he can avoid the contract, I'm afraid you're in for disappointment.

FWIW, I can see David Archuleta putting out a tween-friendly CD that does moderately well but doesn't exactly set the world on fire. He then lies low for a few years and emerges in his twenties as a somewhat younger more poppy Josh Groban.

Oh no Badger. I want DC to win the whole damn thing!! He so deserves it! He has "IT" and I already have to listen to Clay be introduced as "runner-up". I want my DC to be the winner! But, I will be pretty happy with second place. I just want to see him as much as possible and all the way until the end! I do not want him to be sent home. But I agree, both Davids will get contracts. DC is already a proven seller on iTunes and Amazon.

Top 5 and Neil

I was reading a forum today and they were saying David C is actually TCO now. They strung it along that Archie was TCO to throw everyone off, but now have switched gears and David C is now TCO. Of course they have, they've seen the potential with David C.!!!

Badger, you are right.....I don't think Archie will be a major success, not right now anyway.

One thing of which I am quite sure: if they want to have yet another Idol with haphazard sales who is basically a joke, by all means push the munchkin. Now, Jason is my favorite, but I understand that he is a niche artist, and probably not the best man for the big job. However, unlike little Archie, he is actually an artist. I do not want to put down little David too much. He's a really talented kid, he seems like he's a very NICE boy, but... teenaged boys just aren't ready for Idol. He's stagnated, he's done boring work, he seems like a robot. I wish he could some how have been a five year older version of himself in here, and that might be a treat to see what he could do then.

Yes, there is no way DC was TCO from the get go. He became TCO after he earned it with some outstanding performances. They would be fools to not want him to win now.

I think they should make the age 18 and up again. Still teens, but not babies.
