I wanted to try a wig on Rylee that didn't cover so much of her face. I will try it on her on Thursday and take some pix. For fun I will try it on the others to see how they look with black hair. I just can't seem to take Shyla's wig off of her. Every time I think about it - I just can't do it

I can see why you don't want to take Shyla's wig off! I have seen her in a white wig like the one I got Pru with two small buns on the sides that she looked outstanding in! I can see her dressed in a Lolita girl costume with a a wig like that!

Yes they are! I don't think I can bring myself to pay that much for a pet, but boy I am tempted to make her my Xmas present if she is around at Xmas. I know that is silly. I would love to have another boy first - but a boy would be almost twice as much. So who knows. A pet would be fun to have!

Really? I never pictured Shyla in a white wig. I think she will look good in the first wig I got Ianna. I think the color will go with her eyes. I will do that tomorrow. No time for dollie stuff today. I will be taking my mom to do some shopping. We are going to go to Meijer, Walgreens, Joann's and The Fresh Market. Justin will spend the day with my Dad while we are out. We are leaving at Noon. Mom really needs to get out of the house. She hasn't left the house in weeks except once to go get her hair done.

I didn't see my Dad yesterday, but Mom said he was really bad. He had had a good day Easter Sunday and Monday so she thought he was having a little miracle rebound. But she said that all day yesterday "he just wasn't there". The Hospice nurse said his heart was a little weaker than last week and more fluid in his right lung and shoulder than last week. This is the nurse who said she thought my Dad would make Easter but not very much longer. It makes me nervous that Justin will be with him for hours, you know, just in case this is the day, but I will have my cell phone on and he can call and we'd be back in 10 mins. All the stores we are right by each other just 9 miles from my folks house.

Yes, that is Hello Kitty. She looks perfect in those kind of dresses. I always liked her.

I put the long, straight black wig on Rylee today. It looks beautiful! I am not sure which one I like her better in though I'll try to take some pix tomorrow. We have really crappy weather predicted for tomorrow though, a wintry mix they say, so I won't have any sunlight I'm guessing.

Have any more photos of Meigi-2 shown up anywhere? I am so anxious to see more people's pix of him!!

Mom and I didn't go to as many stores as we had planned. My Dad was not having a good day and we didn't want to leave Justin there alone with him for too long, so we were only out for two hours.

We might go out again on Saturday or Sunday if things are going well. Rob will sit with my Dad and I think I will take my Mom out to lunch and to Ulta. I would feel better being out with Mom if Rob is with my Dad. At least the weather was beautiful today.

I didn't take any pix today as it truly has been as gloomy and dark as can be. So far we have had rain, sleet and snow. Nothing stuck as it is 36, but it is just too dark in the house for any kind of pix. I am anxious to see what you think of Rylee with the long straight black hair.

Well, it has now been 22 days since I put a deposit on Milo. So hopefully the wait is almost 1/2 over Hard to believe that it is has been 22 days since I made the deposit. It has gone fast.

My Mom said my Dad had her up all night again asking for things and not making any sense. At 1:30 in the morning he called her down to help him with his computer problems and just many other strange requests all night. The Hospice nurse told my Mom today that it is because not enough oxygen is getting to his brain. Sometimes he seems lucid and other times totally out of it. So very sad. This is the part I was really dreading. My Dad was always a very intelligent and completely in charge of his life man. It was one thing to not be able to do things physically, but to be losing control of his mental abilities is just really hard to see. The nurse also said he was taking 28 breathes per minute

Oh well, back to getting some things done.

I searched high and low for new Milo photos and came up empty handed, sorry my laydee.

It must be very hard to see your Dad's condition get worse. Especially his mental state. Hang in there... I think his suffering will be over soon. (((FC))))

Oh well, I caved in this morning and bought the pink flower dress on that Rumor with the flowers and bunny. It was simply too perfect to go with the whole "garden tea party on the white wicker furniture" I got going on! With Rylee in the pink flowery dress and Ianna in the pale green one they are going to look perfect for the spring! Shyla already has the perfect look for the whole garden party scene. Thanks so much for finding that dress! I would love to get the Alice one too, but I will hold off until I find just the most perfect Alice dress.

The quality of this seller's work is really, really nice. I do not have the nerve to put holes in my girls ears for earrings like she does though

I plan to do some switching around of the wigs for fun today or tomorrow, but I really think they will stay Ianna-blonde, Rylee-black and Shyla-burgundy. But who knows - maybe I will be surprised at who looks better in which one!

Rylee's new wig is gorgeous on her! I do think I like it better than the shorter ones! Ianna (Alice!) and Rylee look like sisters only with different hair colors now since they have the same hair style! All your rement stuff is so cute!

I think I am going to order a long, black and wine wig for Willow-if I can find one, so she can be a Wedesday adams type girl or a vampire to go with Julian when he gets his long, white fur vampire wig when he sports Butler's stock! I am also kind of considering changing Willow's mouth to be more wine and adding some mini fangs with theat clay stuff I have! Of course I will be able to take them off when I get tired of them. I just refuse to pay more than 15.00 for wigs for any of the dolls since JPOP has such great sales all the time.

Oh, that sounds cool! You can always check their discontinued inventory sale. That is how I found that wig that Mo has. I will be sure and let you know of any emails they send me regarding sales.

I really like Shyla in this wig! But, in her current outfit that she is wearing the burgundy just works better. When I get her a different outfit I will look for something that will work with this wig because she really does look pretty in it.

I sent an email to the seller, who I bought the dress from this morning, asking if she does commissions. I know she was rushing to go out of town for the weekend, so I may not hear back from her until Monday. I asked her about making an Alice in Wonderland dress that is more like the one in the movie.

ETA: Milo's sunglasses just arrived!!! They are so cool and the best part is that the lenses are not so dark that you will not be able to see his eyes!

Also, my re-ment dishes arrived! The dinner plates and the fancy depression glass ones! They are all so nice! I think I should look for something that would make a nice little tablecloth! Can't wait for all the other things to get here!

AETA: I heard back from Nancie (the seller) and she sent my dress out today from her Post Office and she will make me an Alice in Wonderland dress - just wants me to send her pix! I hope she can do one like the one above! It is just so pretty! I already have the tea set I'll ask if she could include a little bunny like the one in her Alice dress auction.

This has been the longest day of my life at work today...and I have another 45 minutes!

Sorry you had such a long day. Mine has been nice and quiet. I had no kids. Eric was out with friends all day. Justin went to visit my folks and then went looking for a second job for the summer he wants to make lots of money since he needs that new radiator for $670 So besides taking pix I cleaned out the fridge and freezer, under the kitchen sink, lots of laundry, read some mags, and listened to some music! Even my MIL was out most of the day! So the whole big house to myself.

Tomorrow I am taking my mom to Bennigans for lunch and Rob will sit with my Dad. It's still only going to be in the 40s, but no precip so it will be a descent day. Lots of sunshine today that melted the snow we got late last night.

Yes, it will be great fun to have an Alice! Maybe I could really find a Snow White dress for Rylee I could have a fairytale photo-shoot. Let's see - who could Shyla be???
